Some people will absolutely love the ability to get a percentage chance displayed instead of a bunch of 2+/3+/6+. Granted, there are notable improvements over CE (which is far from perfect). Blood bowl was balanced: if you play Halflings and you play against chaos you can focusing on making touchdowns and the Chaos player can focus on to kill your team.
